1. Information We Collect

When you register or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Parent/guardian name, email address, and phone number;
• Athlete's name, date of birth or age, current club or school, and kit size;
• Emergency contact details;
• Allergies, medical conditions, or dietary needs relevant to safe participation;
• Team or club name, if registering as a group;
• Consents you provide (photo/media, waiver, and policy acknowledgments).

When you pay, your card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. We also automatically collect basic usage data (such as pages visited) through website analytics and advertising tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information to process registrations and payments, run the camp safely (including medical and emergency needs), communicate with you about your registration, provide customer support, and — where you have not opted out — send updates and marketing about our camps and programs.

3. Children's Privacy

Our camps are for minors, but registrations and information about a child are provided by a parent or legal guardian for the purpose of operating the camp. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children online. If you believe a child has provided us information without a parent's involvement, contact us and we will delete it.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with: our payment processor to complete transactions; service providers that help us operate (such as form, email, and hosting providers); coaches and staff who need it to run the camp safely; and authorities where required by law. If you register as part of a team, we may confirm participation with your coach or team manager.

5. Payment Security

Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor over a secure connection. Your full card information is not stored or accessible by us.

6. Cookies & Advertising Tools

We may use cookies and advertising/analytics tools (for example, a Meta advertising pixel) to understand site traffic and to measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization through your Meta/Instagram account settings.

7. Data Retention

We keep registration and camp records for as long as needed to operate the camp, meet legal and safety obligations, and maintain our business records, after which we delete or de-identify them.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
