Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to register with confidence. This policy explains how refunds, transfers, and cancellations work for the FC Porto World Camp. By registering, you agree to these terms.
1. Registration & Payment
A registration is complete and your child's spot is confirmed only once payment has been received. Payment instructions (Zelle or Venmo) are emailed to you after you submit the registration form. Spots are limited and are held on a first-paid basis.
2. Cancellations by You
- 14 or more days before your camp's start date: full refund, less a $25 administrative fee — or a free transfer to another available week or to another player.
- 7 to 13 days before the start date: a 50% refund, or full credit toward a future Vieira Football Lab camp or program.
- Fewer than 7 days before the start date: non-refundable (your kit has been ordered and your spot reserved), but your registration may be transferred to another player.
3. Transfers
With at least 48 hours' notice and subject to availability, you may transfer your registration to a different camp week or to another eligible player at no charge. Transfers are subject to remaining space and matching age group.
4. Missed Days & No-Shows
No refunds or credits are issued for days missed, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.
5. Cancellations or Changes by Us
If we cancel a camp week, or change its dates or location in a way you cannot accommodate, you will receive a full refund or a full credit toward a future camp — your choice. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected registration.
6. Weather
Camps generally run rain or shine. If a session must be canceled for unsafe conditions, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or make up the time. If that is not possible, a pro-rated credit may be issued at our discretion.
7. Kit & Included Items
The official World Camp kit and included items are custom-ordered per registration. Once ordered, the value of the kit is non-refundable, which is reflected in the cancellation windows above.
8. How to Request a Refund or Transfer
Email info@vieirafootballlab.com with your child's name, the camp week, and your request. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method where possible.
