1. Who We Are

Vieira Football Lab LLC provides youth football (soccer) training and camps in California, and is the operator and host of the FC Porto World Camp. You can reach us at info@vieirafootballlab.com or (714) 623-6724.

2. Registration & Eligibility

Camps are open to athletes ages 6–16. Registrations are submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who represents that they are authorized to register the participant and to accept these Terms, the waiver, and the policies on the participant's behalf. A registration is confirmed only once payment has been received; spaces are limited and held on a first-paid basis.

3. Pricing & Payment

Camp pricing is $399 per athlete, per week, all-included, as described on our website. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is made by card through our secure third-party checkout, and we also accept Zelle and Venmo by request. Discounts (siblings and multiple weeks, group/team rates, and the 2-day option) are described on the website and applied as stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices for future registrations.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, transfers, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We also offer a Day-1 Guarantee as described there and on our website.

5. Participation Waiver & Medical Authorization

Participation requires a completed Registration, Medical Authorization & Liability Waiver, signed by a parent or legal guardian. Athletes may not participate until the waiver is completed and returned. You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or other information relevant to safe participation.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to follow camp rules and the reasonable instructions of coaches and staff, and to treat others with respect. We may remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others, without refund.

7. Photography & Media

Unless you opt out during registration, you grant permission for photos and video taken at camp to be used by Vieira Football Lab and the FC Porto World Camp for promotional purposes, without compensation.

8. Intellectual Property

The content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Vieira Football Lab LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. FC Porto names, crests, and marks are used under authorization from FC Porto for the FC Porto World Camp and remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vieira Football Lab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in a camp, and our total liability for any registration is limited to the amount you paid for that registration. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Risks specific to camp participation are addressed in the waiver.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
