At the end of each week, the FC Porto academy coaches selected one standout player for a fully-funded scholarship trip to Portugal — training alongside the FC Porto academy and being seen by the club. Two weeks, two players earned it.
That's the standard these coaches hold, and the opportunity every session is measured against.

Each morning targeted one theme from the FC Porto academy curriculum, always finishing with competitive play.
The moment the ball is lost — reacting instantly, pressing the ball, covering space and getting the team back into shape fast.
Turning a win-back into an immediate attack — the first action after recovery, quick ball movement and attacking space before the defense sets.
Building attacks with purpose — keeping the ball, using space, creating passing lines and clear chances to finish.
Defending as a unit — controlling space, covering for each other, staying balanced and communicating to protect the goal.
A lighter, high-energy finish — small-sided games, the week's final match, and a closing ceremony to celebrate the group.

Coaches doubled as scouts — every player observed with a developmental, talent-spotting eye.
This wasn't a generic clinic. Players trained directly under licensed FC Porto academy coaches — the same staff who develop talent inside one of Europe's most respected academies. And because they coach with a scout's eye, every session was also a chance to be seen.

Yes. At the end of each week the FC Porto academy coaches selected one standout player for a fully-funded trip to Portugal, to train with the FC Porto academy and be evaluated by the club. Two players earned it across the two weeks. Selection is entirely at the coaches' discretion, based on performance and attitude across the week.
The camp was hosted by Vieira Football Lab and coached by licensed FC Porto academy staff, using the club's own training methodology.
Boys and girls ages 6 to 16, at all levels. Players were grouped by age and ability so everyone was challenged appropriately.
Sessions were run in English, with Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking staff supporting players and families.
